As our first cohort of nine postdoctoral fellows from Columbia University and UC Berkeley finishes its first year on campus, C3 is pleased to announce nine additional fellows from those institutions for the second cohort, who will begin in the fall of 2015.

Connecticut College, Middlebury College and Williams College each will host three fellows for the two-year period from fall 2015 through spring 2017. The new fellows will join those from the first cohort who are already active in their campus communities.

The 2015-2017 postdoctoral fellows include:

Connecticut College: Lindsay Crawford, Philosophy; Sookyoung Lee, English; Ryan Phillips, Government & International Relations

Middlebury College: Alexsia Chan, Political Science; Abhijeet Paul, Comparative Literature; Trinh Tran, Sociology

Williams College: Jamie Parra, English & Comparative Literature; Adam Romero, Environmental Studies; Anicia Timberlake, Music

During their fellowships, the postdoctoral fellows will gain experience teaching and researching in a liberal arts college environment, supported by senior faculty mentors and others in their cohort. They will also engage with underrepresented undergraduate students on the topics of considering and preparing for graduate education.
